You’re encouraged to share your experiences, but there’s no pressure—participation is entirely up to you.

How are the meetings structured?

Can I invite someone I know?
Absolutely! If you know someone who could benefit from these meetings, feel free to invite them. The more, the merrier—our community is here to support everyone who needs it.

Meeting Guidelines & Structure:

Meeting Guidelines:

At our meetings, we’re committed to creating a supportive, confidential space where everyone feels safe and valued. Here’s how we ensure that:

  • Confidentiality is Key: We prioritize creating a safe and secure environment where everyone can share openly, knowing that what’s shared here stays here.

  • Support, Not Solutions: We focus on sharing personal stories of resilience and strength for inspiration and hope. This isn’t a space for giving advice, sharing opinions, or providing unsolicited coaching or therapy. We’re here to listen and support, not to solve.

  • Personal Focus: Our meetings are centered on you—your healing, resilience, and well-being. While it’s natural to want to discuss your loved one, we encourage you to focus on your journey and avoid talking about the addicted loved one.

  • Respectful Sharing: We ask that all participants refrain from gossiping or revealing intimate details about their loved one’s struggles. Instead, let’s use this time to uplift and support each other’s healing process.

Meeting Mission:

Our Mission:

At the heart of our meetings is a commitment to fostering a safe, compassionate space where we can come together to heal, grow, and support one another. Our mission is to empower each individual to focus on their own well-being and resilience, even in the face of loving someone with an addiction. We believe that by sharing our stories, learning from one another, and nurturing our own strength, we can create a ripple effect of healing and hope—one that starts with us and extends into the lives of those we love.

01

Welcome & Mission:
We start each meeting with a warm welcome, briefly go over our guidelines, and explain our mission. We’ll introduce today’s topic to set the stage for our discussion.

02

Presentation of the Topic:
We’ll present and teach the concept or theme of the meeting, providing insights and guidance to help you understand and connect with the topic.

03

Reflection Time:
After the presentation, we’ll pose a reflection question related to the topic and give everyone some time to think it over or complete a simple task. This reflection time allows you to internalize the concept and consider how it applies to your own journey.

04

Discussion & Closing:
We’ll then dive into an open discussion, exploring how the topic resonates with each of us. Depending on the group size, we may break out into smaller groups for more intimate discussions. Finally, we’ll come back together to share key insights, discuss actionable steps, and close with final goodbyes, leaving you with a sense of support and community.
