It amazes me all the resources out there to support the addict, but what about the indivudals dealing with the brunt of addiction, the ones that are NOT numbing or buffering? 

 

There is no doubt, when you love someone with addiction, you need real-time resilience-Right away! Everything you find here is precisely what I needed when I was in the muck of loving someone with an addiction. I was drowning, heart-broken, exhausted, and alone.
